Vertical Load Support and Head Expanders are used to extend the mounting surface area of the shaker platform so that larger or multiple test objects can be tested at the same time, decreasing total test cycle time and cost. In addition, with guided head expanders & vertical load supports, payloads with large footprints can be safely mounted and tested on the shaker, minimizing the risk of damage to the shaker suspension system

Micron offers a wide range of vertical load supports, head expanders, special mounting fixtures (Cube, L & T Type) and plates to maximize the versatility of any electro dynamic shaker. Although many load bearing platform and fixtures are resonant below 1000 Hz, average or external control techniques allows operation up to 2000 Hz with ease.
